Ricardo Galindez oversees physical production and is regarded as an expert in tax credit structuring and financing for film, television and commercial projects in Hawaii. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America and currently serves on the boards of the Hawaii International Film Festival and the Film and Video Association of Hawaii. Prior to co-founding Island Film Group he was a partner at Goodsill, Anderson, Quinn & Stifel, one of Hawaii's oldest and largest law firms.
Roy Tjioe is the lead creative producer and guides projects from script to screen, taking an active role in developing stories based on Hawaii's rich history. He has placed in national screenwriting competitions, acted in local stage and indie film productions and worked as a professional storyboard artist. He has spoken at various film related forums and is a member of the Producers Guild of America. Prior to co-founding Island Film Group, he was a partner at Goodsill, Anderson, Quinn & Stifel, where he headed the Entertainment Law Group.
Joe Carella had over 10 years experience as a professional editor in New York and Los Angeles before moving to Hawaii in 2015. His work includes features, shorts, music videos, documentaries, trailers and television. Joe is also our resident FAA certified drone pilot and camera operator.
Chuck Boller heads up Asian co-productions for Island Film Group and is a consultant to film festivals worldwide. Previously he was Executive Director of the Hawaii International Film Festival for 13 years.
