Project Overview
Hawaii Studio Group was awarded the exclusive right to develop the project by the University of Hawaii
Property consists of 34 leasehold acres in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, adjacent to the University of Hawaii West Oahu Campus
First phase to consist of four, 18,000 SF paired stages, production offices, mill and limited retail/commercial space
Second phase to consist of additional stages, office space and amenities
Additional retail/commercial space, live/work space and hotel to be added as demand dictates
Studio will be affiliated with/located across the street from the Academy for Creative Media, the University of Hawaii film school
Property is located across the street from a light rail station and adjacent to D.R. Horton Ho`opili master planned community, consisting of over 11,000 new homes
